The Origin of the Lens.
My perspective was forged fifteen years ago at the intersection of technology and innovation. I realized early on that traditional models—like Prosci and Lewin—often generate blind spots. They treat change as a singular, static event, ignoring the underlying architecture required to sustain it.
Business is never static. In a landscape that never stays 'frozen,' legacy models stall out. I chose to break those frameworks to build a custom engine: The D.O.T.S. Framework. It is a methodology built on a clear hierarchy of values: People. Progress. Profit.
