    Our Standard Engagement Ratio:

    • Individuals:‍ ‍1 hour of direct engagement is supported by 1–2 hours of narrative refinement, roadmap evaluation and the work required to navigate professional obstacles and shift reactive habits into a proactive strategy.

    • Organizations: 1 hour of collaboration & work is supported by 2–4 hours of evaluation, communications drafting 1 hour of collaboration and active work is supported by 2–4 hours of evaluation, communications drafting, and the strategic work required to resolve internal conflict and shift entrenched patterns into a path for growth.

    • Custom Mandates: For high-intensity crises or long-term structural transformations (such as M&A integrations), we move beyond the ratio to provide bespoke, milestone-based support tailored to the complexity of the project.

  • Every partnership begins with a Strategic Diagnostic Meeting. This initial engagement—a Narrative Audit for individuals or a Structural Audit for organizations—is a deep-dive into your current friction points, both real and perceived.

    The audit is a process designed to uncover the hidden "loops" that drive reactive cycles and identify the exact leverage points needed for a turnaround.

    The Diagnostic focuses on five core pillars:

    1. Defining the Mandate: Clarifying the immediate objective and the goal.

    2. Narrative/Structural Forensics: Identifying the gaps between the current reality and the desired outcome.

    3. Pattern Recognition: Uncovering the entrenched habits or cultural frictions that are stalling progress.

    4. Strategic Feasibility: Evaluating the resources, timeline, and capacity required to execute a successful transition.

    The Deliverable: A bespoke Project Proposal is sent for your review within 72 hours of the diagnostic meeting. This process concludes with a second meeting to review the proposal, ensure it aligns with your objectives, and outline the specific priorities, and options for our ongoing collaboration.
