“After a few personal consultations, in which she explained her program, proprietary process and philosophy, I decided to engage her to support my transition and never regretted it for a moment. Her approach to facilitate change is fully geared towards structure, hard work and client empowerment.
She is always going the extra mile for her clients; she is a great listener and can quickly dissect your challenges. Stacey is a great consultant and strategist, that makes deliberate decisions on what solutions to offer her clients at what time, based on your journey and state of mind. She creates a safe space to address your emotions, which are part of the job search rollercoaster ride and is there for you to provide support at times of headwind but is also someone to celebrate your success!
There is a wide variety of service offerings you can choose from, but for me it was most important to tailor these to my personal needs and budget. The program has taught me a lot; how to initiate change, communications styles and how critical personal relations are to successful transitions, but I also learned more about myself and what I value most in both my professional and personal life.”

Through a structured process of discovery, we worked together to identify the values and professional boundaries that were missing in my current role. Stacey provided the objective perspective and critical questioning I needed to realize that moving into private practice was the correct strategic move for me. The Strategy: What sets Stacey apart is her deep-dive approach to the offer stage and her acute understanding of cross-border professional cultures.

She helped me translate my UK-based experience into the U.S. employment landscape, ensuring my communication strategy remained "assertive" yet culturally aligned with the expectations of a global brand.

"Navigating a toxic work environment is exhausting; doing so while trying to protect a hard-earned legal reputation at the executive level feels next to impossible. When I found myself in a high-conflict situation within a senior living organization, Stacey was my chief strategist. Her on demand availability meant that instead of being reactive and erratic, I was always positioned strategically. She didn’t just offer career advice; she managed the complex communications and internal posturing required to keep my career trajectory intact, while we navigated the chaos. Most importantly, she connected me with an expert legal partner from her network to ensure I had the specific representation needed to defend my interests. Stacey’s ability to collaborate and coordinate both the strategic 'office politics' and with the legal defense saved my reputation and allowed me to exit on my own terms with my career protected.”

"Building a new department within a major global brand should have been the pinnacle of my career, but the reality was a toxic mix of discrimination, racism, and sexism that threatened to derail everything I had built. Stacey was my lifeline during this period. She provided the strategic framework I needed to address these issues internally, helping me navigate high-stakes conversations that felt impossible to handle alone.
What makes Stacey unique is her ability to bridge the gap between individual advocacy and organizational evolution. After helping me find the resolve to stay and fight for change, the company recognized her expertise and hired her to support our internal communications and departmental growth. She didn't just help me survive a hostile environment; she became the architect of the department's transformation. Her involvement ensured that my reputation was protected and that the organization actually did the work to evolve. I am still here! Stacey’s multi level - parallel approach to crisis and culture at first was not embraced; however, with real initiative and a 'what have we got to lose if we push' attitude, the company decided to collaborate. She didn't just help me survive a hostile environment; she became the impetus of the department's transformation. Her involvement ensured that my reputation was protected and that the organization actually did the work to evolve. The Challenge: After the launch of our Policy & Gov’t Relations department, we faced a severe internal crisis involving systemic claims of racism, sexism, and multi-levels of discrimination along with a toxic culture. Initially, leadership was defensive and aggressive. We were skeptical of Stacey’s role, rejecting the idea that she could advocate for the individual while simultaneously providing a solution for the brand. We viewed the situation as a zero-sum conflict and met her initial involvement with significant resistance.
The Strategy: Stacey’s response was characterized by a determination that was unwavering. She navigated the hostility by implementing a high-stakes, parallel approach that forced the organization to move from confrontation to collaboration:
Unwavering Objectivity: Stacey brought a rare, "brutally honest" objectivity to the table. She was willing to call out "crap" on both sides—challenging leadership on their systemic failures while ensuring the individual remained focused on strategic outcomes. This impartiality was the only thing that could bridge the deep divide.
The Bridge Strategy: Once we recognized the depth of her expertise, we pivotally engaged her to support our internal communications. She worked in parallel and enabled the organization to pivot from a defensive posture to an evolutionary one, acting as the architect for the department’s real transformation.
Extreme Discretion: Throughout the engagement, Stacey’s primary focus remained on protecting the reputations of both the individual and the organization. She ensured the work was done internally and authentically, without the need for external performative gestures.
The Impact: Over the course of a two-year engagement, we became grateful for Stacey’s determination in the face of our initial resistance. She didn't just help us survive a volatile period; she became imperative to our evolution. Most importantly for a brand of our stature, Stacey has never leveraged our name or brand for her own success. She worked with a level of discretion that is almost unheard of, ensuring that our internal "chaos" remained strictly private and out of the public eye while we did the hard work of evolving.
The individual is still with the firm, the department is thriving, and the organization is stronger for having been pushed to face the truth.
UNPLANNED TRANSITIONS

The Challenge: Following a massive global restructure, Liberty Mutual faced extreme fragmentation. While the corporate goal was efficiency, the result was a workforce struggling with new silos and a breakdown in cross-location communication. In an attempt to bridge these gaps, the company introduced Slack as its primary solution. However, launched into a post-restructure environment without a strategic framework, the platform became digital "noise" that added to the chaos. At the start of the project, Slack utilization was stagnant at just 14%.
The Strategy: Whitebrook Collaborative was brought in to turn this friction into a functional network. Stacey implemented a high-visibility, transparent strategy to give the digital tools a human purpose:
Global Interactive Webinars: Stacey hosted a series of global online town halls, virtually "erasing" the distance between offices by showing multiple locations online simultaneously. These sessions allowed teams to hear firsthand about successes and challenges from their peers worldwide.
On-Site Transparency: To ensure total transparency and accessibility, Stacey worked on-site at various global locations. This allowed for spontaneous, face-to-face conversations and gave teams the opportunity to hear directly about what was happening across the organization, breaking down the "us vs. them" mentality often found post-restructure.
Real-Time Peer Learning: During the webinars, employees utilized the #disruptlm Slack channel in real-time. This transformed Slack from a distraction into a live collaborative tool where employees could learn from one another as the session unfolded.
The "Buddy System" Integration: By using the webinars and on-site visits as a launchpad, we rolled the Slack infrastructure into a purposeful OPT-IN "Buddy System". We transformed the platform into a structured pairing tool for intentional, 20-minute "soundboard" sessions.
The Impact: The results were immediate and transformative. By combining physical on-site presence with real-time digital interaction, we turned a struggling tool into an essential engine for organic innovation. Within just two months, Slack utilization skyrocketed from 14% to 72%. The project proved that Stacey’s relentless approach to transparency and structural change can turn post-restructure "noise" into a high-performing, unified global network.

Following a significantly challenging and high-stakes merger, our prominent law firm faced the daunting task of integrating two distinct corporate cultures, multiple locations, remote workers, and operational frameworks. The transition was fraught with uncertainty and internal conflicts, carrying a high risk of professional disruption, talent attrition, and a breakdown in employee morale. The firm required a strategic partner who could discreetly lead disparate egos and reactive personalities while managing the immediate friction of the merger and building a stable foundation for the new entity.
The Strategy: Whitebrook Collaborative acted as an integral partner, designing—and re-designing—a tailored change management framework to bridge the gap between legacy teams and the future firm:
Discreet Leadership & Conflict Resolution: Stacey navigated complex interpersonal dynamics, providing a steady, objective hand to manage reactive personalities and align powerful individual stakeholders with the firm’s collective goals.
Strategic Communication & Transparency: We developed multi-tiered communication strategies to keep all levels of the firm—across various offices and remote setups—informed and engaged, effectively neutralizing uncertainty.
Operational Streamlining: We identified and integrated disparate processes to minimize disruption and maximize post-merger efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and clients.
Talent Development & Career Strategy: Recognizing that a merger is a personal transition, we provided 1:1 career support, succession planning, and specialized training programs to help attorneys and staff navigate the changing landscape.
The Impact: Over the course of a 16-month deep-dive engagement, Whitebrook delivered a transition that was significantly smoother than the firm ever anticipated. By treating the "career journey" of every individual—whether staying, leaving, or unsure—as a high-stakes investment rather than a secondary concern, Stacey stabilized the firm’s interpersonal foundation while simultaneously addressing its structural needs. This dual-track focus successfully drove up employee engagement and anchored a more collaborative culture. Ultimately, the partnership built trust where it previously did not exist, solidified the new entity from the inside out, and—crucially—kept internal chaos private and out of the public eye.

The Challenge: Between 2010 and 2012, AHMC underwent a period of aggressive global expansion, including new hospital construction and the acquisition of established facilities across Antigua, Egypt, and the U.S. The primary challenge was integrating diverse organizational cultures while building brand equity and community trust in sensitive international markets.
The Strategy: Whitebrook moved beyond traditional project management to act as a strategic communications architect both remotely and on site. Key initiatives included:
Infrastructure & Integration: Managing the "human side" of mergers and acquisitions to ensure seamless transitions for both clinical and administrative staff.
Community Trust Architecture: Designing internal and external communication strategies centered on localized community events to establish the brand as a trusted local partner.
Brand Redefinition: Overhauling AHMC’s marketing and brand presence to reflect a cohesive global identity that remained culturally resonant in specific regions like Cairo and Antigua.
The Impact: The collaborative approach served as the catalyst for AHMC’s sustainable market growth. By prioritizing community relationships and transparent communication, managing a transition, while building a foundation for long-term development and a strengthened global brand presence.

The Challenge: In 2020, Seaport Hotel faced a massive structural shift, requiring the layoff of 300 employees due to a major renovation of the Boston World Trade Center. The goal was to manage the "human debt" of this transition—supporting departing staff, preventing "survivor sickness" among remaining employees, and protecting the hotel’s brand reputation.
The Strategy: Stacey and her team implemented a human-centered transition program that went beyond standard outplacement. This included:
The "Narrative" Shift: Helping employees frame their own story before leaving to preserve their professional confidence.
Integrated Support: Workshops on the intersection of tech and the modern job search, combined with 1:1 office hours and weekly progress assessments.
Leadership Visibility: Ensuring the executive committee remained active and transparent throughout the phased rollout.
The Impact: We treated the layoff as a creative change investment rather than a liability, the hotel maintained community trust and minimized turnover among remaining staff. Transforming a period of "chaos" into a structured evolution, ensuring every departing individual had a clear toolkit for their next chapter.
